Approach

ONE
Workshops
Creates workshops and experiences that build empathy and better engage users and clients throughout the design process.

TWO
Frameworks
Creates frameworks to guide critical thinking, to streamline the ideation process and to visualize complex concepts.

THREE
Visualizations
Uses various graphic approaches to make complex ideas more tangible, so that we start from a point of intrigue, rather than skepticism.

FOUR
Storytelling
Great work without a great story is meaningless. Tells inspirational stories throughout the synthesis process.

Amy fled from the traditional path of illustration in order to explore her creativity in a variety of unique settings ranging from a social innovation design lab, an entertainment start-up, and a public service department within government. Today, she uses narrative thinking, an analytical mindset and creativity to create viable and impactful solutions that put people first. She is currently a senior product designer who splits her time between either designing experiences and writing about them.
