I consider workshops that use design and imagination to ask questions that challenge stereotypes and assumptions about common practices. We all have strong biases to our own stories. Through active listening and the use of prompts, we capture them. 

Together we can then move into an activity that combines our lives through empathy and imagination to represent a future that better suits a collective vision.
